Greenville's chapter of Social Media Club welcomed a great crowd at Soby's restaurant. This is an enthusiastic group on the leading edge of social media as it grows in Greenville. Since the earliest organizing meetings chapter member numbers are getting noticed by SMC national. The first official meeting featured Geno Church, a word-of-mouth marketing creative genius at Brains On Fire. Social Media Club brings together journalists, publishers, communications professionals, artists, amateur media creators, citizen journalists, teachers, students, tool makers, and other interested collaborators. Essentially the people who create and consume media who have an interest in seeing the media industry evolve for everyones benefit.
