The Peace Center for the Performing Arts, is actually two separate buildings at the corner of South Main Street and Broad Street. The Gunter Theatre, above left, is the smaller theatre, and the Peace Concert Hall, above right, is the big theatre. At right, a patron arrives early. Parking for the Peace Center can be found all around the buildings, on curbside, and in parking lots of neighboring buildings. Parking lots have attendants on site which means you'll have to pay $5 for parking. It's a good rule to keep $10-$15 dollars handy for parking around the city, just in case you end up visiting and parking in different sections of downtown. Behind and between the buildings is an outdoor amphitheater and the Wyche Pavilion on the banks of the Reedy River.
