The Museum and Gallery at Bob Jones University - Wade Hampton Blvd. Regular Gallery hours Tuesday through Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. Admission is $5 for adults, $4 for senior (60+), $3 for students, and children 6-12 are free. Children under 6 cannot be admitted. Admission is free on Sundays. Important works of many major artists such as Rubens, Tintoretto, Veronese, Cranach, Gerard David, Murillo, Ribera, van Dyck, Honthorst, and Dore. Exhibitions: JASPER JOHNS / LOOK HOMEWARD. This survey exhibition features images that have made Johns famous since the mid-1950s, combined with carefully selected paintings, drawings, and prints that are among the artist’s most recent. Sponsored by Carolina First, Look Homeward includes works from the Museum’s permanent collection, along with loans from the artist.

The Museum inaugurates a series of programs relating to Jasper Johns: Look Homeward, an exhibition featuring the museum’s collection and proposed acquisitions. The Museum is offering free guided tours of Jasper Johns: Look Homeward on Sundays and Tuesdays at 2:00pm, beginning May 7, 2006. For more on free programs about this show, visit the museum website.

1) Andrew Wyeth: The Greenville Collection
Emphasizing watercolor portraits and landscapes, Greenville's Wyeth collection represents every phase of the artist's career. Wyeth has called it "the very best collection of my watercolors in any public museum in this country.”
2) William H. Johnson: Native Son
An expanded overview of works by this important African-American artist and South Carolina native. Drawn from the Museum's permanent collection and promised gifts from the Wayne and Carolyn Jones Charitable Foundation.
3) Impressionism and the South
A lyrical selection of Impressionist works by artists with Southern ties; this exhibition showcases paintings by Helen Turner, Kate Freeman Clark, Catherine Wiley, and Gari Melchers, among others..
